Ok, I will return soon but fr this time.

I have been taking an anime and manga course at school and it has inspired me to get back into blogging. I want to write reviews on different media, as well as critical analyses and in general just get back to sharing my thoughts. I am considering finding a new blog platform, specifically transitioning to substack but idk. I have a tendency to make everything a big deal. Instead of speculating and trying to plan out what I want this blog to be, I'm just going to start posting. Planning overwhelms me and I lose momentum. Maybe some of my posts will suck. So what!

Summer Plans & Never Have I Ever

Hello! I'm typing this off my new computer #yassshenny! I've finally come up with some plans for my summer. I'm looking forward to my special camp from July 5 to August 5. From June 21 to July 1, I'm going to do this free online video Production course from the Art Institute of Atlanta. I'm looking forward to it. This summer I really want to build up my portfolio for college. I'm currently watching Burn After Reading, and at 17 minutes it's still nothing really going on. I'm waiting for the plot to ramp up. After all, this movie is just 1h35m54s so 96 minutes. Brad Pitt has appeared on screen now though and he's who I was really looking for. I think the plot is gonna come together soon. My computer case comes on Friday. I'm looking forward to it. I'm going to decorate my computer with Evangelion stickers. I love the 80s

The title is self explanatory. I love the music, the style, and the culture. I even love that crack was really hot in the 80s. My other favorite decades are the 2000s and 1990s. Everything was just so freaking cool. Part of the 2000s appreciation is simply that I was born in 2005 so a lot of formative memories of mine happened in the 2000s. We did a decades project in AP US History so I chose the 80s. I’m really proud of my slideshow . My favorite thing about the 80s is mainly the music. I love New Edition and Madonna. Michael Jackson is awesome too but I grew up with him so he’s kind of like old news. I don’t really know how to say it nice. Meanwhile I started to listen to Madonna by myself and the same for New Edition. I only knew Candy Girl, Cool it Now, and If It Isn’t Love before I watched the BET biopic last December and became obsessed. I really like the general sound of music in the 80s.
